Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Competency in operating point-of-sale systems
- Current state-required alcohol service certification
- Commitment to maintaining personal hygiene and workplace safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
- Positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service
- Strong mixology skills and familiarity with various drink recipes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations
- Certification in alcohol service and health compliance where applicable
Job Duties
- Crafting beverages following recipes and guest requests
- Engaging with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Offering drink recommendations and explaining the menu
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitoring and restocking bar inventory as needed
- Processing transactions accurately
