- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry

Job Duties
- Anticipate guest needs
- Communicate FOH needs effectively to both FOH and BOH teams
- Provide attentive, warm and personable service
- Speak knowledgeably on menu items and recommendations with enthusiasm
- Stay updated on menu changes and specials
- Ensure guests receive the Momofuku dining experience
