Job Description

This job opportunity is at a dining establishment focused on providing exceptional service to guests while maintaining a clean and organized working environment. The role involves preparing and serving beverages to bar and dining room guests following specified recipes and protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Have availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Follow all systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Provide genuine hospitality to all guests and exceed their expectations
  • Successfully complete alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training courses
  • Be committed to teamwork and have a pleasant attitude
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Follow all steps of service as outlined in the employee handbook
  • Have knowledge of all food and beverage menus to assist guests effectively
  • Maintain accurate guest orders and follow allergy and dietary procedures
  • Stock bar and storage areas with necessary items
  • Identify and handle intoxicated guests responsibly
  • Handle cash transactions securely and accurately
  • Be proficient in using various equipment
  • Accomplish additional duties as directed by management
  • Maintain honesty and integrity
  • Communicate clearly and hospitably with guests and teammates
  • Effectively manage multiple guests at the bar and service well station simultaneously
  • Handle multiple orders and plates of food
  • Use tray and bar tools safely
  • Multitask while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
  • Work in varying noise, temperature, and crowd levels
  • Stand and/or walk throughout the shift
  • Lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds in general
  • Practice proper safety guidelines at all times
