Their commitment to quality and hospitality makes them a leading name in the resort and casino industry, attracting visitors from all over who seek both fun and comfort in a dynamic setting.
Currently, Full House Resorts is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience at their establishment. This position involves creating an assortment of finely crafted cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages using premium ingredients and modern mixology techniques. The bartender will continuously innovate and introduce new drink options to keep the menu fresh and exciting for patrons.
Beyond beverage preparation, this role emphasizes outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will greet guests warmly, engage in professional conversations to understand their preferences, and provide tailored drink recommendations. Accuracy in taking and fulfilling orders is essential, ensuring every drink served meets company standards and customer expectations.
The bartender must possess in-depth knowledge of both classic and contemporary mixology, including a variety of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other components. Staying informed about emerging trends in the beverage industry will allow this individual to bring innovative flair to the bar offerings.
Maintaining a clean, organized bar environment is crucial to this position. The bartender will ensure all tools, glassware, and utensils are sanitized and easily accessible, adhering strictly to safety and hygiene protocols. Certified training in safe alcohol service is required to uphold compliance and responsible service standards.
Team collaboration is another key aspect, requiring close work with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless operations. Support during busy periods and flexibility to assist in other areas are valuable traits.
Handling financial transactions accurately, managing cash responsibly, and keeping sales and inventory records are also part of the job responsibilities. The bartender is expected to maintain a professional appearance, wear a uniform correctly, and promote the restaurant and bar services effectively.
Monitoring guest behavior for intoxication and responding appropriately by informing supervisors and security when necessary is a critical safety component associated with this role. Building positive relationships with guests and fellow employees contributes to a welcoming atmosphere and team cohesion.
Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including safety, health standards, and internal policies, is mandatory. Regular attendance and punctuality are fundamental to support operational efficiency.
Compensation for this position starts at $16.00 per hour plus tips, depending on experience. Full-time employees benefit from a comprehensive package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, and a 401k retirement plan with company matching after one year. Additional perks include generous paid time off, free transportation from designated locations, complimentary local gym membership, tuition reimbursement, and resort-specific privileges.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced bartender to grow their career in a supportive and vibrant environment within the hospitality industry.
