Job Requirements
- Must be completely familiar with different kinds of liquor recipes and prices of drinks proper glassware used for each recipe and garnishes
- Must know drink recipes prices and type of beverages available
- Must be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
- Must efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Must anticipate guest needs respond promptly and maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Must resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Must complete formal training regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment

- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- Ability to work in high pressure and fast paced situations
- Enjoy working as part of a team providing great experiences for guests
Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with different kinds of liquor recipes and prices of drinks proper glassware for each recipe and garnishes
- Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and manage all monies intake
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
