We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of efficiently maintaining bar supplies, including preparing daily requisitions to ensure smooth operations. You will be a key figure in the bar area, needing to master all types of liquor, drink recipes, proper glassware, and garnishes to prepare beverages that meet our high standards. It is essential to have a thorough understanding of prices and types of beverages available, as well as proficiency in cash handling procedures involving registers such as the MICROS system, bank processes, discounting policies, and tip management.

Your role will also involve anticipating guest needs and maintaining positive guest relations through prompt response and courteous acknowledgment of all visitors. Exceptional customer service skills will be vital, including the ability to handle complaints effectively to guarantee guest satisfaction in every interaction. Additionally, formal training regarding liquor liability is required within 30 days of employment, with mandatory refresher training every two years thereafter. This position demands someone who thrives in fast-paced and high-pressure scenarios while being a cooperative and enthusiastic member of the team. You may be asked to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.
