Operating within a robust network, Unidine delivers innovative dining solutions tailored to the preferences and needs of their guests. Their commitment to quality, service, and sustainability has positioned them as one of the top hospitality companies in the nation.
Located at Montereau, 6800 South Granite Avenue, Tulsa, OK, Unidine is currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled part-time Bartenders to join their dynamic team. This role offers a part-time schedule from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm, including some weekends, with possible variation in days, details of which will be discussed during the interview process. The hourly pay range for this position is between $14.00 and $16.00, reflecting the value placed on prior bartender experience and expertise.
The Bartender role at Unidine is essential in crafting an outstanding guest experience by preparing and serving beverages in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner within the bar area. This position requires adherence to state, federal, and corporate regulations concerning alcohol service and a profound knowledge of liquor laws. The bartender is responsible for setting up the bar area, including requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, glassware, ice, and garnishes to maintain product quality.
The role involves interacting directly with guests, ensuring they are greeted warmly and their orders are accurately mixed, garnished, and served while practicing prudent portion control to maintain consistency and quality. Bartenders must also verify guests' identification to prevent the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors or intoxicated individuals. They will handle cash transactions, change, and vouchers with accuracy and proper verification.
Beyond beverage service, bartenders at Unidine are tasked with maintaining cleanliness and organization within their work area, performing general cleaning duties in compliance with health and safety standards. The position also includes responsibilities for the upkeep of the bar environment such as arranging bottles and glassware attractively and ensuring all equipment and food products are securely stored at the end of shifts.
Unidine offers a vibrant work environment where teamwork and career growth are encouraged. Successful candidates will find themselves working alongside passionate professionals dedicated to excellence in hospitality and culinary arts. Moreover, there is a notable opportunity for transitioning from part-time to full-time employment, with the added benefit of no late-night shifts, making this an attractive position for those seeking work-life balance.
