The role available at Drury Plaza Hotel - New Orleans is that of a Hotel Bar Staff member responsible for opening and closing the hotel bar following Drury Hotels' high standards and policies. This role is integral in maintaining the bar’s operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests, while also delivering excellent service consistent with the Drury culture of hospitality and integrity. Employees in this position will be expected to maintain food prep areas, manage supplies, and assist guests throughout their visit. The role requires proficiency in mixing a wide variety of drinks, operating equipment such as cash registers, dishwashers, and ovens, and the ability to handle transactions accurately including currency denomination recognition and change-making.
