The role of Bartender at Life Time combines the art of mixology with the essential responsibility of providing outstanding customer service in a lively and dynamic setting. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of bartending experience
  • Certified to serve alcohol
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
  • Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
  • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • Certified to serve alcohol
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
  • Experience with inventory and ordering preferred

Job Duties

  • Follows recipes to prepare cocktails and other drinks, including adding garnish
  • Serves members and customers in a timely fashion, including checking identification, accepting payment, and answering questions
  • Maintains cleanliness by cleaning bar surfaces, furniture, and equipment, and returning used dishware to the bar/kitchen
  • Restocks liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients and replaces beer barrels
  • Reconciles the bar's cash register at the end of the shift
