As a Bartender, you will be entrusted with several responsibilities that are critical to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Your duties will include warmly welcoming customers as they are seated, preparing the bar area before opening—including setting up pouring stations and glassware—restocking beverages, mixers, and garnishes throughout the shift, and meticulously preparing drinks following standard recipes with the correct glassware and garnishes. You will also suggest menu items like drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience. Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system is essential, alongside monitoring customer satisfaction, offering drink refills, and promptly clearing unused items. Handling payment transactions and thanking guests to encourage repeat visits will also be part of your daily duties. All these tasks must be performed while adhering strictly to food safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

The physical demands of the Bartender role require candidates to meet certain requirements. These include being eligible to work in the United States and meeting the minimum age requirement, having the ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, and maintaining the stamina to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts. Teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
