Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, preparing the bar area including stocking drinks, glassware, and garnishes, and suggesting beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales to enhance guest satisfaction. You will prepare all drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring consistency and quality, while accurately taking and entering food and beverage orders using our POS system. A keen focus on attentive service, including offering refill suggestions and timely removal of used items, is essential. You will also handle payment transactions efficiently and thank guests, encouraging them to return. Following all food safety regulations is paramount in maintaining the health standards and customer trust that define Red Lobster. This role requires physical stamina, with the ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
