In the Bartender role, you will be the face of Red Lobster's hospitality, welcoming customers warmly and ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include preparing the bar station and glassware before opening, replenishing drinks and garnishes as needed throughout service, and expertly making beverages to standard recipes. Bartenders also recommend drinks, appetizers, and desserts to guests, take accurate food and drink orders, enter them into the restaurant’s POS system, and diligently ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and clearing unused items. Timely delivery and settlement of guest bills are essential parts of the role, along with following all food safety and hygiene protocols.

The job requires physical stamina, including the ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds. Candidates must be able to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours and have the ability to multitask with great attention to detail in a team environment. All employees must meet the minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States.
