These elements combine to create a welcoming environment both for visitors and locals, emphasizing the group’s commitment to exceptional hospitality and thoughtful design.

The bartender role at Bar Daphne is a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate, hospitality-driven team that brings this lively neighborhood bar to life. Excellent communication skills and the ability to calmly manage potential conflict situations are essential, as is a thorough understanding of company policies and a genuine welcoming attitude toward guests.

Bartenders at Bar Daphne are responsible for crafting cocktails that meet Bunkhouse’s high standards, serving snacks and food items, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring safety and compliance with alcohol regulations. The role requires not only technical skills in bartending but also a commitment to fostering a positive atmosphere both among staff and guests. Additionally, the position offers a chance to participate in menu planning and operational improvements for the cocktail lounge and bar area, emphasizing creativity and a proactive approach.

Hotel Daphne and Bunkhouse Hotels offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package to support their team members, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan with company matching, and generous paid time off. Employees also enjoy free room nights and discounts on hotel stays for friends and family, free parking, wellbeing programs like a complimentary Headspace subscription, and discounts with major retailers such as Apple, AT&T, and Verizon.
