Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work well in a team environment
- attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in bartending or food service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of standard drink recipes and bar equipment
- friendly and customer-focused attitude
- teamwork and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar, including pour stations and glassware before opening, and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
