The role of the Bartender at Yard House is pivotal to the overall guest experience. Bartenders are responsible for crafting and serving beverages with precision and care. This includes pouring beers from over 100 taps and shaking up hand-crafted cocktails, ensuring each drink matches our high standards. Bartenders act as guides through our expansive beverage menu, sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm with guests. Maintaining attentive, friendly, and clean service is key to creating an environment where guests feel valued and well cared for. Our bartenders contribute directly to guest loyalty by embracing our core values: Bringing the Vibe by setting the tone for a lively atmosphere; Being All In by fully immersing themselves in the Yard House experience; Having Heart by supporting their team and customers alike; and Celebrating Variety by embracing the diversity of people, flavors, and experiences. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
- willingness to undergo background check if required
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- strong knowledge of beer styles and mixology
