Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile when seated
- Prepare bar stations including pouring and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all beverages to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Ensure customer is well attended to, offer drink refills and clear unused items
- Deliver and settle bills timely, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety standards
