As a Bartender, you will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction by greeting guests warmly, professionally setting up the bar before shifts, and preparing drinks to specific standards using recipes, proper glassware, and garnishes. Your responsibilities also include suggestive selling of drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience and maximize sales. Accurate order taking and prompt entry into the POS system are critical to efficient service. Throughout the guests' visit, you will provide attentive service by refilling drinks and clearing tables to ensure a positive dining atmosphere. Timely delivery and settlement of checks, coupled with courteous farewells, are also vital components of the role, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.

Beyond serving drinks, the job requires adherence to all food safety standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff. The physical demands of the position include the ability to stand for long shifts lasting between 8 to 12 hours, the capability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely, and the need to be an attentive team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
