Bartenders are responsible for greeting customers warmly within 30 seconds of their arrival, providing knowledgeable suggestions on food and beverages, and accurately preparing drinks according to established recipes and procedures. They also perform proper wine service and adhere to all state regulations regarding beverage service, including possessing any necessary state-mandated certificates. This position requires one to three months of relevant experience or training, making it accessible to both new and slightly experienced bartenders.
