As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will be the face of hospitality, welcoming guests warmly and serving beverages with excellence. You will prepare and maintain the bar area, ensuring it is fully stocked and clean before and during service. You will be expected to suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Precision is key as you accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system, prepare drinks to company standards using prescribed recipes, glassware, and garnishes, and manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction. Timely delivery and settlement of bills, adherence to food safety standards, and maintaining an organized workspace are crucial aspects of the job. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds safely, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
