Bartenders are essential to delivering CPK's exceptional guest service and work closely with the team to maintain a friendly, energetic, and efficient environment. They greet guests warmly within 30 seconds of arrival, make thoughtful food and beverage suggestions for all courses, and expertly prepare drinks according to established recipes and guidelines. Additionally, they perform wine service and comply with all state-mandated beverage service certifications where applicable.

The position requires one to three months of related experience or completion of relevant training, as well as the necessary state certification for beverage service. Bartenders at CPK receive ongoing support through a robust training program that equips them with the skills needed to excel and grow within the company.
