The role of Bartender at Logans Roadhouse is a critical position within the restaurant’s front-of-house team. The Bartender is responsible for the complete management of the bar area, including set-up, maintenance in terms of stocking and cleaning, and day-to-day operation. This role requires mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standardized recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction. Bartenders must effectively coordinate deliveries of drinks and food within the bar environment, maintaining seamless communication and collaboration with fellow bartenders, servers, and back-of-house staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Responsibilities include verifying guests' identification to comply with all state and local alcohol service regulations, managing cash transactions accurately through the Point-of-Sale system, and actively promoting beverage specials and suggestions to enhance sales.

Additionally, the Bartender is tasked with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to the restaurant’s standards, including responsibilities such as cleaning glassware, prepping garnishes, stocking necessary supplies, and thorough cleaning duties both during and after shifts. This role also involves reconciling daily bar inventories against cash received to ensure accuracy and accountability.
