The establishment prides itself on its well-maintained bar area, knowledgeable staff, and commitment to responsible alcohol service, adhering strictly to all local laws and industry regulations. The venue offers a dynamic and fast-paced working environment ideal for candidates passionate about bartending and delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role of the Bartender is central to the food and beverage team and directly influences the overall guest experience. This role demands a high level of customer interaction, requiring strong communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to manage guest concerns professionally and efficiently.

Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area is a critical responsibility of the Bartender. This includes restocking supplies such as liquors, mixers, garnishes, and glassware throughout shifts, as well as handling opening and closing duties like inventory checks and cash management through POS systems. The Bartender also works collaboratively with other team members, including servers and barbacks, to ensure smooth service flow and uphold the establishment's service standards. Additionally, the role includes physical tasks such as changing kegs, replacing CO2 tanks, and preparing garnishes, requiring stamina and the ability to perform under pressure.

The position requires a professional appearance and a positive attitude, along with the ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts. Safety and sanitation protocols must be rigorously followed to maintain a safe working environment. This role also involves occasional preparation and cleanup of food prep areas and a working knowledge of bar food items, depending on the department structure.
