The current career opportunity is for a Bartender position within the Brasserie Margot team. This is a full-time role based in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers the chance to join a highly respected team known for delivering exceptional dining and beverage experiences. The Bartender will be instrumental in providing outstanding service by demonstrating expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, and by preparing beverages with a meticulous adherence to Four Seasons standards.

This role demands a professional who is passionate about hospitality and skilled in the art of bartending, including pouring, mixing, and blending a variety of wines, spirits, and cocktails. The successful candidate will engage guests by offering vivid descriptions of the menu items, origins, tastes, and preparation methods, enhancing the overall guest experience. Communication and teamwork are integral as the role involves close cooperation with lounge servers and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

In addition to beverage preparation, the Bartender will be responsible for accurately processing guest orders and handling cash and credit card transactions with precision. The role also involves anticipating guest needs, responding swiftly and appropriately to any concerns, and maintaining harmonious and professional relationships with colleagues. Non-essential duties include serving food items in the bar area, assisting with inventory, preparing beverage garnishments, and supporting private events or functions.
