The lodge is more than a destination — it represents a harmonious blend of comfort, career growth, and community engagement within the stunning Pacific Northwest setting. Employees at Willows Lodge benefit from Pyramid’s comprehensive offerings such as a 401(k) plan with employer match and recognition programs celebrating employee achievements.

The role of Bartender at Willows Lodge, based in the relaxing yet vibrant venue called Fireside, presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality.
