We are currently seeking talented, passionate, and experienced Bartenders/Mixologists to join our growing family at Manhattan Beach Post. This role is ideal for individuals who are not only skilled in the art of mixology but who also embody the spirit of hospitality and service that this restaurant is known for. The Bartender/Mixologist will be a magnetic personality who can enthusiasticallly connect with guests and deliver an unforgettable bar experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years bartending experience with a strong emphasis on hand-crafted cocktails, micro-brewed beers, and an understanding of a nuanced wine program. Serving is regarded as the highest priority, and the ideal candidate must excel at guest interaction and service, making each visitor feel valued and welcomed.

The role requires a perfectionist and craftsman approach to cocktail creation, with expertise in classic cocktails such as the perfect sazerac or a perfectly balanced Hemingway Daiquiri. Additionally, the Bartender/Mixologist must have the creativity and flexibility to design bespoke cocktails tailored to guest requests while maintaining impeccable flavor harmony. Passion and knowledge in food are also important, as this role shares an equal appreciation for culinary excellence much like our servers. The position demands humility, respect, and integrity, aligning with the core values of the establishment.

A flexible schedule is preferred, including availability during dinner hours on weekdays and brunch/dinner periods on weekends.
