As a Bartender, you will be serving beverages and food to guests in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will range from preparing and garnishing drinks, verifying customer's age for alcohol purchase, to managing tabs and completing payment transactions.

The career path within HHM Hotels for this role offers clear opportunities for advancement. This pathway highlights HHM Hotels’ commitment to nurturing talent from within and providing employees with chances to develop leadership skills and take on more strategic roles within the hospitality sector.

Furthermore, the role emphasizes adherence to safety and sustainability practices including compliance with OSHA standards and HHM’s EarthView program, which focuses on environmental responsibility. The position requires incumbent bartenders to be vigilant about guest satisfaction scores and contribute actively to creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for patrons. Shift flexibility will be crucial as the role may involve working holidays, weekends, and different shifts, demanding physical stamina for standing extended periods, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.

HHM Hotels values continuous professional development, offering certifications like TIPS and Food Sanitation certificates, which are either preferred or required, along with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k company matches, and various employee wellness programs. Employees have access to 24/7 confidential health resources and can benefit from commuter and travel discounts. The company’s culture is built around its core beliefs: "People Are Our Capability", "Hearts That Serve", "Only Excellence", "Stay Nimble", and "Own It".
