We are currently seeking talented and motivated Bartenders to join our team at our Norfolk, VA location, situated at 725 E. Little Creek Rd. This bartending role is a front-of-house position focused on delivering outstanding customer service and crafting high-quality beverages to enhance the guest experience. As a Bartender for Dine Brands, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere, maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, and interacting with guests in a professional, friendly manner. Your responsibility will extend beyond simply preparing drinks; you will be instrumental in fostering positive customer interactions and supporting team success.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented individuals who have a passion for the hospitality industry and guest satisfaction. While 1+ year of restaurant bartender experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, offering a great opportunity for those new to bartending but eager to learn and contribute. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. This role requires an individual who is adaptable, attentive to detail, and possesses excellent communication skills. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining composure and professionalism.
