We are currently looking for a uniquely qualified hospitality leader to join our team as a Bartender. As a bartender at Ascent Hospitality, you will be the heart of our beverage service, delivering an exceptional guest experience with warmth, creativity, and professionalism. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and stocking of the bar, ensuring adequate inventory of beer, wine, spirits, paper products, garnishes, and condiments. Maintaining the quality of fresh produce and perishables daily is key to providing an outstanding beverage experience. You will strictly adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations, including state and federal alcohol service laws. Handling cash accurately, managing orders through the point of sale system, and securing bar and cash bank at closing are essential components of your duties. Flexibility with shifts including weekends and holidays is expected, and your excellent customer service skills combined with teamwork will help drive the success of our hospitality environment. This position requires physical dexterity and stamina, as you will be standing for extended periods, performing multiple physical tasks, and managing the flow of operations efficiently.
