Pyramid Global Hospitality is a leading hospitality management company with an extensive portfolio of over 200 hotels and resorts and more than 18,000 associates across the United States, Caribbean, and Europe. Operating through distinct divisions including Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, Axiom Hospitality in Europe, and PYRAMIDWORKS for workplace and facilities services, Pyramid combines global reach with a personalized approach to service and operational excellence. With corporate offices located in Boston, The Woodlands, Texas, and London, Pyramid is recognized for fostering long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The company emphasizes a people-first culture, creating a work environment that respects, supports, and empowers its employees to develop their careers. Team members have unique opportunities to collaborate directly with experienced leaders, tackle meaningful projects, and gain exposure to diverse properties and brands. The company has also received high accolades for being an outstanding workplace and for service excellence, validated by recognitions from reputable sources such as USA Today, The Boston Globe, and Travel + Leisure among others.

Willows Lodge, part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, is a picturesque retreat located just 30 minutes from Seattle in the scenic Woodinville area of Washington state. Featuring 84 comfortable guest rooms and seven versatile meeting rooms totaling 5,000 square feet of space, Willows Lodge offers guests a tranquil escape that blends the natural charm of Washington’s wine country with luxurious amenities including an on-site spa. As an employer, Willows Lodge reflects the values of Pyramid Global Hospitality by fostering a professional, People First culture that encourages personal and career growth. The lodge provides a supportive environment where employees are celebrated and enjoy benefits such as a 401(k) plan with company matching and incentive programs that recognize outstanding contributions.

The role available at Willows Lodge is for a high-volume experienced bartender to join the team at Fireside, the lodge's popular indoor/outdoor lounge. Fireside is a favored destination for both locals and guests, known for its inviting atmosphere perfect for enjoying cocktails, local wines, or other beverages beside the fire or on the patio. The bartender position requires skill in managing busy periods as well as engaging guests at more relaxed times. Candidates should bring a strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and food pairing, with wine expertise considered a significant advantage given the lodge’s location in a renowned wine region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a world-class hospitality setting where exceptional guest service and meaningful interpersonal connections are central to the experience. The schedule for this role is Thursday through Monday, with a competitive wage of $17.13 per hour plus tips, along with eligibility for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a retirement plan with matching, paid time off, employee meals, and free parking.
