The role available at Willows Lodge is for a high-volume experienced bartender to join the team at Fireside, the lodge's popular indoor/outdoor lounge. Fireside is a favored destination for both locals and guests, known for its inviting atmosphere perfect for enjoying cocktails, local wines, or other beverages beside the fire or on the patio. The bartender position requires skill in managing busy periods as well as engaging guests at more relaxed times. Candidates should bring a strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and food pairing, with wine expertise considered a significant advantage given the lodge’s location in a renowned wine region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a world-class hospitality setting where exceptional guest service and meaningful interpersonal connections are central to the experience.
