The role of Bartender at Topgolf is dynamic and integral to delivering exceptional experiences for its patrons. Bartenders connect with Players through authentic interaction, creating a welcoming and energetic bar atmosphere. This position involves crafting a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard while maintaining a clean, stocked, and efficient bar area. Beyond mixing drinks, Playmakers in this role also engage in upselling signature cocktails, shareable food items, and game upgrades that elevate a Player's visit.

Bartenders at Topgolf are team players who contribute to the seamless operation of the venue by collaborating closely with other Playmakers to ensure every Player feels like a VIP. Maintaining strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is critical to the role, as a clean and safe environment is foundational to providing memorable experiences. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating calmness and confidence even during peak times.

Physical stamina is essential for this position, as Bartenders will be on their feet for most of their shifts, lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds, and continually engaging in a variety of active tasks.
