TABC certification
food handlers certification
minimum 1 year of bar experience
strong math skills
experience with POS systems preferred
ability to work day and night shifts
ability to work 8 to 10 hour shifts
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for special events as needed
monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, communicating needs to management when necessary
adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while serving food and beverages
