The role of Bartender is integral to our establishment's daily operations and ongoing reputation. This position involves greeting, serving, and engaging with guests throughout their visit, ensuring their experience is not only positive but genuinely memorable. A deep knowledge of our diverse menu offerings—spanning food, cocktails, wines, and beers—is essential for effectively communicating with guests and suggesting selections in an enticing manner. The bartender is responsible for precisely measuring, mixing, pouring, and serving drinks in both the bar and dining areas, maintaining high standards of presentation and hospitality.

Additionally, this role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with fellow bartenders, management, servers, hosts, bussers, and food runners to provide seamless service. Efficiency is key, including the timely entry of orders into the POS system, attentiveness to guests' preferences, continuous maintenance of the bar area, and proactive assistance with side work and support tasks. In the absence of a barback, the bartender also assumes essential barback duties such as restocking supplies, ice filling, dishwashing, fruit preparation, and waste management. The ideal candidate is attentive to transactional accuracy, handling cash and credit operations with care.
