The company values associates who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to enriching lives through memorable service. Sage fosters a culture that emphasizes personal growth, engagement, and a deeply human approach to work, making it an ideal environment for individuals who want to grow their careers in hospitality while maintaining a fulfilling and enjoyable work-life balance.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda, part of the Sage Hospitality Group portfolio, offers an unconventional and approachable atmosphere combining upscale and unexpected service with a down-to-earth focus on sustainability efforts. Located as a gateway to Bethesda, Rockville, and the vibrant downtown Washington, DC scene, this hotel provides both business and leisure guests with a unique and welcoming vibe. Joining their team means stepping into an environment dedicated to learning and development, where fun and professional growth go hand in hand.

The role of the Bartender at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda is both dynamic and integral to the hotel's guest experience. The Bartender is responsible for the setup, mixing, and serving of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guest satisfaction through quality service in line with company standards. This position demands a blend of technical skill, interpersonal finesse, and adherence to liquor laws and safety controls. The Bartender will engage directly with guests, handle financial transactions with accuracy, and contribute to inventory management by completing liquor requisitions and maintaining established par levels.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy and sometimes noisy environment. It offers an opportunity to be part of a spirited and ambitious team that values energy, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
