The environment is welcoming and professional, ensuring that both guests and staff feel comfortable and valued. The hotel prioritizes cleanliness, organization, and quality service, aiming to uphold esteemed brand standards while creating memorable experiences for every visitor.

The role in focus is for a Bartender, a position that combines customer service expertise with detailed knowledge of beverage preparation and bar management. The role requires multitasking skills, as you will handle drink orders, cash transactions, restock supplies, and maintain bar equipment and areas efficiently during busy periods. Beyond drink preparation, you must also enforce safety regulations concerning alcohol service, including verifying legal drinking ages and refusing service when appropriate. This position demands strong interpersonal skills, as bartending is fundamentally about making connections with people. You will engage daily with a diverse range of guests and fellow employees, fostering relationships that enhance the work environment and customer experience. Physical stamina is essential, as the job requires lifting of weights above 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions. Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and computer systems related to bar operations is advantageous.

Working on-site at the hotel property, the Bartender will report directly to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
