This role focuses on maintaining a clean, efficient, and hospitable bar environment while ensuring guests receive top-notch service. It involves various responsibilities from rolling clean silverware for service to ensuring the bar area is clean and set up properly. Candidates will be expected to manage guest needs efficiently, escalate issues to management when necessary, and follow health and safety regulations rigorously. The ability to serve and pour alcohol legally and responsibly is essential. Communication within the team and with guests is key to delivering a seamless dining experience.

Job Duties

  • Roll clean silverware for service
  • remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
  • clean and reset bar after guests leave
  • sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
  • assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
  • escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
  • communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
  • serve and pour alcohol legally
  • read recipes and make drinks according to standards
  • help with food running
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • follow manager directions throughout a shift
  • interact with guests and help with guest needs
