Responsibilities include rolling clean silverware for service, removing dirty utensils and empty glasses, resetting the bar area promptly, sweeping, taking out the trash, and helping with food running when necessary. Candidates will also be expected to assist guests throughout their dining experiences, escalate issues to management constructively, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure all guest needs are met.

This position requires legal eligibility to serve and pour alcohol, an ability to read and follow standardized drink recipes, and adherence to all health and safety regulations throughout kitchen and dining areas. Employees must be proactive in following managerial directions and reliably contribute to overall restaurant cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Job Duties

  • Roll clean silverware for service
  • remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
