This job opportunity is for a Part-Time Bartender role based onsite in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, within the Dining & Events segment of Lancer Hospitality. The position entails working at the Minnesota State Fair, famously known as THE GREAT MINNESOTA GET TOGETHER, which offers an exciting, fast-paced outdoor work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive under high-volume, high-energy conditions and enjoy interacting with guests to create memorable experiences. The central responsibility of the bartender is mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on standard recipes, setting up and dismantling bar stations, and delivering exceptional customer service—including recommending and describing menu items. Legal requirements mandate that applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid state bartending license. Compensation for this opportunity ranges from $18 to $19 per hour, making it a competitive position for those seeking part-time work in hospitality.
