We are currently seeking enthusiastic and talented Bartenders to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis, serving in our dine-in restaurant setting. This position offers a pay range starting at $5.49 per hour, plus tips, varying based on experience. Bartenders at P.F. Chang's are essential to the guest experience, responsible for crafting exquisite alcoholic beverages that complement our culinary offerings while fostering a welcoming and fun atmosphere at the bar. Being part of the hospitality team, Bartenders work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.

In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant behind the bar, preparing drinks according to P.F. Chang's exclusive recipes including garnishes, maintaining cleanliness and order of the bar area, and managing inventory and restocking supplies. Beyond the bar duties, you will gain a deep understanding of the restaurant layout, seating arrangements, and the overall flow necessary to efficiently deliver food and beverages. This job also demands adherence to responsible alcohol service policies, attention to sanitation and safety practices, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
