We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Server to join our dynamic team at HHM Hotels. This role is pivotal in ensuring guests receive friendly, courteous, and timely service of beverages and food to create a high level of guest satisfaction. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar areas, preparing and serving drink and food orders, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service policies including verifying legal age of customers and managing intoxicated guests responsibly. Your role also involves assisting with inventory management, adhering to sustainability initiatives under HHM's EarthView program, and completing side work and beverage requisitions to maintain operational efficiency.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within HHM Hotels, with a clear advancement path from Beverage Manager or Restaurant Supervisor to Restaurant Manager and eventually to Food & Beverage Manager. Ideal candidates should have previous bartending or mixologist experience, be TIPS certified or have equivalent training, and are encouraged to obtain food sanitation certification within 90 days of hire.
