The role of Bartender at Red Lobster offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer-focused team. Employment is flexible with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $6.05 to $25.00 per hour, complemented by weekly pay. As a bartender, you will be the face of hospitality for guests at the bar, ensuring excellent service with a welcoming smile. The position demands responsibility for preparing bar stations, pouring drinks, and expertly using glassware and garnishes as per established recipes and standards. You will suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance guests' dining experiences, take and accurately enter food and drink orders into the POS system, and monitor guests’ needs to offer refills and timely removal of unused items. Adherence to food safety standards is critical, as is delivering an efficient and friendly closing experience by promptly settling bills and inviting guests to return. The work environment requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and exhibit teamwork and multi-tasking capabilities.
