The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is a distinguished hospitality company that has been setting itself apart in the hospitality industry since its founding in 2009 by Steve Palmer. With over 30 locations, IRHG is much more than a workplace; it is a family and a lifestyle committed to creating a thriving environment where hospitality professionals can grow both personally and professionally. The company prides itself on a people-first philosophy, emphasizing that by taking care of their employees, they empower their staff to provide exceptional service to guests. IRHG fosters internal growth opportunities, a generous benefits package, and a dynamic, heart-driven culture that truly values every team member.
The role of Bartender at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and who have a passion for crafting cocktails and engaging with guests. Bartenders at IRHG are essential in creating memorable experiences by serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the restaurant's standard recipes. Beyond mixing drinks, a bartender plays an interactive role by connecting with patrons, answering menu-related questions, assisting with food orders at the bar, and maintaining an attractive and properly stocked bar area. This position requires a combination of technical bartending skills, effective communication, teamwork, and a flexible approach to scheduling, as the work often involves nights, weekends, and holidays. It offers competitive pay, a supportive team atmosphere, and the opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality group that is passionate about changing the industry for the better.
