The Bartender role at Logans Roadhouse is a vital position responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the bar. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old to pour alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bartending experience preferred
- Successful completion of company-required training and passing alcohol certification within 60 days of employment
- Adheres to Logans Roadhouse appearance standards
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, kneeling, walking and handling materials
- Ability to communicate effectively in face-to-face or telecommunications
- Ability to distinguish color, depth perception and peripheral vision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bartending experience preferred
- Successful completion of company-required training including safety, systems and menu
- Passing alcohol certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment

Job Duties
- Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations
- Mix ingredients to prepare drinks, serve draft beer, bottled beer, wine and liquor according to procedure/recipe and restaurant specifications
- Perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing Point-of-Sale system
- Communicate with guests and team members to promote specials and suggestions
- Reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash-received totals
- Maintain neat, clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications
- Perform other side duties assigned by management such as taking out linen, restocking, checking restrooms, refilling ice, and assisting other FOH and BOH team members
