As a Bartender, you will start your shift by preparing stations, ensuring that the bar is well-stocked with pours, glassware, beverages, garnishes, and mixes. You will use your knowledge of recipes and presentation standards to craft drinks that meet Red Lobster’s quality expectations. Skillfully making drinks to standard, suggesting drinks and food items to guests, accurately entering orders into the POS system, continuously checking in on guests for refills, and clearing the table as needed are core responsibilities. Delivering checks politely and inviting guests to return rounds out the full guest experience. Adhering to all food safety standards is essential to maintaining the high quality and safety reputation of the brand.
