We are currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented Bartenders to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating a vibrant and enjoyable dining experience for our guests, ensuring that every visit to Red Lobster is special. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, preparing and serving beverages accurately according to Red Lobster’s standards, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area. The position requires a dynamic individual who can multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail. Our Bartenders are ambassadors of our hospitality, helping to drive sales through suggestive selling of drinks, appetizers, and desserts. Beyond drink preparation, you will handle order entries accurately, monitor guest satisfaction by checking in periodically, and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to teamwork and customer service, and the ability to thrive during long shifts.
