Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year bartending experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good communication skills
Must be of legal drinking age
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and standards
Engage with guests to provide a friendly and welcoming experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and guest touch points
Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service
Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service
