This includes mixing and serving a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision. Additionally, bartenders are expected to manage bar inventory, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to all safety and alcohol service regulations. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
TIPS certification or equivalent
Must meet all state and local age requirements for serving alcohol
Previous bartending experience preferred
Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
Capability to work independently or within a team
Successful completion of a background check prior to employment

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a hotel bar or restaurant environment preferred
Experience with cash handling POS systems and bar setup teardown
Familiarity with food pairing and cross-selling techniques considered a plus
Capable of working independently or as part of a larger service team
High school diploma or equivalent required
TIPS certification or equivalent required
Must meet all state and local age requirements for serving alcohol

Job Duties

Mix ingredients such as liquor soda water sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
Serve wine draught bottled beer non-alcoholic beverages and food
Collect money for drinks served
Orders and requisitions liquors and supplies Stock and replenish glasses beverages mixes fruit and guest supplies
Place bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display
Wash glasses bar and equipment
Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks prepare appetizers such as pickles cheese and cold meats
Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
If functioning in a lead capacity take responsibility for assigned associates in the absence of the supervisor assign work and ensure proper performance of assigned associates
Other duties as assigned
