Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must comply with all health codes and regulations
- Must have previous experience in handling cash
- Must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
Job Qualifications
- Highschool diploma/GED
- Minimum of two years experience working in a casino/bar establishment preferred
- Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training certification
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of casino environment
- Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service
Job Duties
- Make and create specialty drinks for guests
- Function as cashier for beverage outlet and ensure balanced monies
- Maintain proper set-up of the bar, including maintaining cleanliness of guest areas
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes, preparing cocktails and other drinks including wine and beer
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
