As a Bartender, candidates are expected to welcome guests with a smile, prepare the bar stations including pouring stations and glassware before opening, and replenish beverages, mixes, and garnishes as necessary. The role involves suggesting beverage pairings, appetizers, and desserts to enhance guests' dining experiences and preparing drinks following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Bartenders accurately take food and drink orders, use a POS system, ensure attentive service by offering drink refills, clearing items promptly, and delivering timely bill settlement. A strong focus on adhering to food safety standards is essential to maintain the quality and safety customers expect.

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet physical job demands, including bending, reaching, crouching, and safely lifting up to 30 pounds, as well as the ability to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are critical in delivering excellent customer service.
