The Bartender will be responsible for crafting a wide array of high-quality cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages with precision and creativity, using advanced mixology techniques and premium ingredients. Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Class III B Gaming License
- 1 year of experience in bartending
- Bartending school or equivalent training preferred
- Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Must have or be able to obtain an Alcohol Service Permit Class 12
- Must be 21 years or older

- Knowledge of premium spirits, wines, champagne, and other luxury beverages
- Knowledge of the BERG liquor dispensing system
- Knowledge of P.O.S. systems
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and safety regulations
- Skilled in basic math
- Ability to demonstrate excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Ability to speak and read English, comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Duties

- Create and serve a wide range of high-quality cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages with precision and artistry
- Promote positive guest relations and consistently prompt service and engage in conversations, recommend drinks based on guest preferences, and deliver a memorable experience that exceeds expectations
- Engage in suggestive selling techniques to promote premium and specialty beverages, maximizing revenue opportunities
- Assist in training new bartenders, ensuring consistency in beverage preparation, service standards, and knowledge
- Take daily inventory and stock supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment
- Maintain an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlets
- Create, maintains, and facilitate a positive work environment
- promote positive team member relations and report issues to the appropriate personnel
- Other duties as assigned
