The role of a Bartender at Atlas Restaurant Group is a key position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for patrons. The Bartender will greet customers enthusiastically, engage with them to understand their preferences, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including specialty cocktails and beverages. This role requires skill in preparing and serving a variety of drinks and food items accurately and efficiently, as well as the ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales revenue. Bartenders at Atlas are expected to develop and create new drink recipes, utilizing proper equipment, high-quality ingredients, and strict adherence to health and safety standards.
In addition to mixology skills, the Bartender performs basic cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Candidates will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, work effectively as part of a team, and manage their time and tasks efficiently during busy service hours. This position requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, given the nature of the hospitality industry. Physical stamina is important as the role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds for extended periods. The Bartender must also maintain composure and professionalism, even in challenging situations, to provide a positive atmosphere for both guests and coworkers.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience required
- meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
