Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of alcohol handling and safety
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into POS system
  • Ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any items not in use
  • Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
